Decart works on artificial intelligence infrastructure, helping AI developers optimize computing capabilities across various chips. The company is also developing advanced AI video-generation technology using "world models" That enable real-time modifications to live video streams. Real-time generation and manipulation of visual content has become a major focus in the expanding AI video sector.

Such a deal would represent significant growth for Anthropic as competition among leading AI companies intensifies over developing more powerful models and the infrastructure to support them. Anthropic declined to comment on the report, and Decart did not respond to Bloomberg's request for comment.
