DEADLY STRIKE: Houthi Ballistic Missile Slams Commercial Ship in Bab el-Mandeb, Killing Three Sailors

Three crew members were killed Tuesday when a ballistic missile struck a commercial cargo ship transiting the Bab el-Mandeb Strait. The victims were identified as two Pakistani nationals and one Indonesian national.

The missile was launched by Houthi forces from Yemen's eastern Taiz province, according to initial reports. The strike marked another incident in the Iranian-backed group's campaign against commercial shipping in the Red Sea and Bab el-Mandeb region.
