After nearly two months of intensive medical treatment, the condition of the renowned mekubal, Rav Chizkiyahu Dov HaKohen Kook, has shown significant improvement, according to a family statement. He is now breathing independently after an extended period requiring respiratory assistance.
However, the family stressed that serious medical concerns persist. They noted that the Rav remains unable to see or speak, though he can hear those around him. They emphasized particular concern about the condition of his left hand and fingers, calling for continued prayers for his complete recovery.
