Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee approves: Mandatory service to remain at 32 months
<p>The Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee approved for its second and third readings the temporary order setting the duration of mandatory military service at 32 months.</p><p>The proposal passed by a vote of eight in favor to one opposed among committee members, and it will now move to the Knesset plenum for a final vote.</p>
