The skepticism arose despite separate reporting indicating Iran had knowledge of President Trump's precise location in Ankara, including his hotel floor. U.S. Intelligence also had information about a man positioned near the NATO summit who was carrying a shoulder-fired missile. The reported threat led the Secret Service to arrange President Trump's departure on an alternate military aircraft.
