MASSIVE SHIPMENT: Thousands Of Tons Of Military Equipment Arrive In Israel From U.S.

Israel's Defense Ministry announced Thursday that a cargo ship carrying thousands of tons of military equipment purchased from the United States has arrived at Haifa Port and been unloaded. The shipment includes D9 bulldozers, Humvees, armored Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTVs), Oshkosh trucks and additional military equipment. According to the ministry, the cargo is part of efforts to maintain the operational capabilities of Israel's ground forces across various scenarios. The procurement mission in the United States, the ministry's international defense transportation unit and multiple IDF branches coordinated the vessel's delivery. "The IDF continues to act to ensure a continuous supply of vehicles, munitions and equipment to troops on the front lines," The Defense Ministry said. The ministry characterized the shipments as supporting both the IDF's short- and long-term operational needs.
