QUIET COMPLIANCE: Trump Peace Council Officials Say Israel Is Already Abiding By 15-Point Gaza Deal Despite Netanyahu's Rejection

Senior officials on President Donald Trump's Peace Council are contending that Israel is already complying with a 15-point Gaza framework in practice, despite Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's public rejection of the agreement.

The officials told Ynet that their assessment focuses on actual conduct rather than rhetoric. "We are looking at the actions in practice, less at the statements and declarations," They said. According to them, "In practice, Israel has stopped the targeted killings and is maintaining the ceasefire."

They argued that Israel's operational conduct aligns with the agreement's terms even as Netanyahu disavows it publicly. "In practice, Israel is implementing the 15-point agreement. The IDF is positioned along the original Yellow Line, 53% of the Gaza Strip, and there are no outposts or forces beyond the Yellow Line. The officials suggested that Israel would gain diplomatic benefits from aligning its public statements with its actions.
