The Farbrengen Retreat has announced the addition of Shalom Conecoff to its staff.

The organization works with Lubavitcher bochurim who have struggled with Yiddishkeit, addiction, or other personal challenges. It provides immersive retreats, Shabbatons, and year-round mentorship designed to help participants reconnect with their spiritual lives and develop relationships with Hashem, Torah, and Chassidus.

Conecoff participated in several retreats and built relationships with participants before joining the staff. In his new position, he will meet regularly with participants between programs to learn and build personal connections. He will also coordinate logistics for Shabbatons and retreats, assist with renovations on the organization's newly acquired property, and help expand year-round outreach efforts.

Rabbi Gavriel Kollin, founder of The Farbrengen Retreat, stated: "Shalom fits this shlichus like a glove. The guys genuinely love him, and I couldn't be more excited to have him officially on the team. His warmth, sincerity, and dedication make him a natural fit for this work, and together we'll continue reaching more bochurim, helping them reconnect with their neshamos, and bringing Moshiach one step closer."

Conecoff expressed his enthusiasm: "It's a tremendous zechus to officially join The Farbrengen Retreat. Seeing firsthand the impact that a farbrengen, a Shabbos, or simply someone believing in a bochur can have has inspired me so much. I'm looking forward to continuing to build real relationships, helping each bochur reconnect with his neshama, and doing whatever I can to help bring Moshiach."
